Student feedback on Prenatal Prep:

“Jaklyn and Ashlie share a wealth of knowledge, are open to discussing experiences and do so with no biased opinions or judgement. The yoga portion of this class was amazing and taught calmness, breathing techniques and restoration poses, which have already come in handy throughout my pregnancy. My husband didn’t want to miss a class either, he took so much out of it and all the tips and tricks have been so helpful to him. Would highly recommend this class to all mamas and their partners!”

“We attended the prenatal prep class and it was a fantastic experience that actually ended up being fun! Both Jaklyn and Ashlie provided such a welcoming and laid-back atmosphere that everyone was comfortable asking what could have been some awkward questions and the topics really gave us some new things to consider and helped us communicate more as a couple about them. The yoga was a great experience too and a nice time to bond with partners and babies and figure out what works for our bodies. Thank you Jaklyn and Ashlie! Will be recommending this class to all my friends that are parents to be!”
