Come out to this two hour prenatal class for moms and dads to-be to learn about boobs, bottles, and beyond. We embrace all feeding choices in this class! Most new parents plan to breastfeed exclusively so we give this the largest chunk of time, but we go into detail with all newborn feeding options.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- How breastfeeding works, how to get started on the right foot, what it can look like in the first few days/weeks/months, how to know it’s going well, when you should get help, and how/where to find support How to get started if you want or need to pump, use formula, or a combination of feeding methods
- How to maintain breastfeeding when you’re also bottle feeding (i.e. preventing “nipple confusion”)
- The role of partners in infant feeding⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- How mom’s health and well-being fits into all of this!
As always, this prenatal class is for all kinds of families and all kinds of choices. All are welcome in this safe and non-judgmental space!

“Jaklyn was extremely knowledgeable and informative. She covered all the points that made us feel most anxious about before attending this workshop. After the workshop, we felt like a weight was lifted off our shoulders and felt more confident about what is to come. No one can ever prepare you for this new change in life but Jaklyn was able to provide us with the knowledge, confidence, support, and encouragement. All we did was rave about her on our way home and how we are thankful that she was able to provide us with this workshop and how we thought it brought great value to us. Thank you Jaklyn. It truly was a great workshop and I highly recommend it.”
