Here’s what previous students have said about Prenatal Prep:
What an amazing prenatal class! Signed up for this at our local yoga studio, not knowing what to expect, but it completely exceeded all expectations. Jaklyn and Ashlie share a wealth of knowledge, are open to discussing experiences and do so with no biased opinions or judgement.
The yoga portion of this class was amazing and taught calmness, breathing techniques and restoration poses, which have already come in handy throughout my pregnancy.
My husband didn’t want to miss a class either, he took so much out of it and all the tips and tricks have been so helpful to him. Would highly recommend this class to all mamas and their partners!
“We attended the prenatal prep class and it was a fantastic experience that actually ended up being fun! Both Jaklyn and Ashlie provided such a welcoming and laid-back atmosphere that everyone was comfortable asking what could have been some awkward questions and the topics really gave us some new things to consider and helped us communicate more as a couple about them.
The yoga was a great experience too and a nice time to bond with partners and babies and figure out what works for our bodies. Thank you Jaklyn and Ashlie! Will be recommending this class to all my friends that are parents to be!”
“Amazing! These ladies are beyond a wealth of knowledge and so very very passionate about what they do – you will not be disappointed! Every class was a perfect blend of content and prenatal yoga.
The resources they share were just an added bonus as other classes we’ve taken did not send us away with so much easy to reference at home materials (hard copies, online videos and links). Both Jaklyn and Ashlie are available through email during and after you’ve taken the course. I can not say enough good things about these facilitators. Highly recommend adding this Prenatal Prep Course to your journey through pregnancy, birthing and post care.”
“We attended the prenatal prep class and it was definitely the best thing we did to help us get ready. The class covered all of the important topics, and Jaklyn had a great way of delivering the content. We really appreciated the no judgment approach that Jaklyn takes. The pacing of the class was really helpful for us as well; having the classes spread over multiple days really let us digest each week’s topics. It gave us time to discuss things between classes and show up to the next week ready to learn more.
Pairing the class with yoga was a great experience too. We really enjoyed doing yoga together each week, and learning some good ways to use some yoga poses to help during labour. If you’re looking around for a prenatal class you cannot do better than Jaklyn and Ashlie!”
We’ve welcomed students from Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Halton Hills, Hamilton, Mississauga, and Brampton.
